Most travel teams rent a field and borrow a cage. Our players train in two private indoor facilities, with the same tech college and pro programs use.
No rain-outs, no waiting on rented field time. Our players train indoors, year-round, at Long Point and the new Asteri Faison.
Coaches with the highest levels of playing and coaching experience, teaching the game the way it's played at the next level.
Custom programming built from each player's data, with progress tracked over the season so families can see the gains.
Casey and Magdiel build individual programming for every arm, with throwing workloads monitored so no player is overthrown.
Force-plate and sprint testing in a real performance gym, to build strength, speed and durability.
Train at Asteri in season and all off-season, with player and family discounts on lessons, camps and training at Asteri Sports.
Our players train at both Asteri Sports locations in Mount Pleasant. No rented bays, no shared rec-center time.
Thirteen cages across both sites, with HitTrax, for year-round reps whatever the weather.
Two full-length tunnels at Faison, with TrackMan measuring velocity, spin and movement on every pitch.
4,000 sq ft of outdoor turf at Long Point for defense, baserunning and speed work.
Weight rooms with VALD force plates and 1080 Sprint, for strength, speed and injury prevention.
Division I, Big 12, ACC and professional experience, on the field with your player every week.

Ari founded Palmetto Republic and owns Asteri Sports Performance, building one of the area's premier training environments around long-term athlete growth. His coaching centers on structure, accountability and daily development, blending skill work, strength training and mental preparation. He prepares players not just for tournaments, but for the next level of baseball.

A 6-foot-4 left-hander, Magdiel pitched at the University of Kentucky before the Pittsburgh Pirates drafted him in 2023. He pitched for Pirates affiliates including Bradenton and Greensboro, and in winter ball in Puerto Rico. He works with players on mechanics, pitch design and arm care, helping young arms develop safely and compete with confidence.

Tony was Perfect Game's No. 1 catcher in Colorado and played in the Area Code Games before catching at Kansas, where he made the Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team. He went on to start 42 games at UNC Asheville and finished his career at Northern Colorado. In 2025 he won the Tony Gwynn Community Service Trophy, and he has long worked with kids on and off the field.

Patrick brings Division I experience from High Point University, a program where daily preparation and competitive standards were the foundation. Known for his disciplined approach and defensive consistency, he coaches fundamentals, situational awareness and repeatable mechanics. His focus is building confident players who understand the game and execute under pressure.

Hunter played at the University of North Carolina in the ACC, one of the nation's top conferences, training and competing against elite Division I talent. Known for his disciplined offensive approach, he teaches quality at-bats, situational hitting and a focused, competitive mindset. His goal is to sharpen hitters and raise every player's baseball IQ.

A right-handed pitcher at High Point University, Christian brings a pitcher's understanding of sequencing, arm care and physical preparation. He designs age-appropriate strength programs built around athletic development and injury prevention. His work helps players move better, throw harder and build the durability the game demands.

Casey is a left-handed pitcher in his fourth season at Catawba College, so he's still living the process he teaches. As a pitching coach at Asteri and an 11U assistant, he focuses on mechanics, arm care and a repeatable delivery. That's the foundation young pitchers need before velocity ever matters.

After high school ball in Penfield, New York, Peyton played club baseball at the University of South Carolina and moved into player development and instruction. Known for his energy and ability to connect with young athletes, he emphasizes fundamentals, consistent work habits and confidence. He wants players to love the process and improve every rep.
